I had to go back in and revise I’m original review it was always 5 stars from the beginning. But I’ve been back at least 7-10 times and Koto’s has emerged as my favorite hibachi place in the Chicagoland area. I love this place. The food, the cleanliness and the professionalism is top tier. I remember when they first opened they didn’t have the noodles on the menu.. they now have them.. and I get them every time I go there.. Amazing job guys.. can we get another location further south.. please??

Upon the recommendation of a friend, I decided to try Koto as a takeout order for dinner. I placed my order of Chicken Hibachi with a side of noodles online, and was informed it would be ready in about 25 minutes. When I arrived around that time, my order was ready, and the people at the counter were extremely warm and kind! I got home and took out containers with generous portions of one of the most DELICIOUS meals I’ve had in a while!!! Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection! So much so, that I called the restaurant to let them know how pleased I was with my meal, and that I’d be a regular! The young lady that I spoke with at the restaurant and over the phone had such a welcoming and kind disposition, that I will definitely be telling others about Koto Hibachi!

My sister and I walked in for carry out. Exceptional customer service! The young lady at the front who greeted us was very polite and welcoming. This was our first time here. Discovered that their sushi is made fresh upon ordering. So we had to wait a bit for that. However it was very well worth it. This was thee best sushi I have EVER had! Hands down. The shrimp Hibachi was superb as well. I tried the Teriyaki sauce and spicy koto sauce. Both were delicious. It was plenty of food.. I had leftover rice and veggies the following day, just added a tablespoon of water and both sauces and reheated it in the microwave and it was still fantastic 👏 will definitely be a regular here.
